(FAQ) Frequently asked questions

When will I receive an invoice for Taxeo accounting services?

Accounting invoices are issued after the 20th day of the month. The invoice will be sent by email.

Does the invoice for Taxeo accounting services count toward the number of documents, and do they have to send it?

Yes, the invoice is counted as one entry, but there is no need to send it, as it is added to the accounting program automatically.

What do I need to do to receive an invoice with a discount for timely payment?

To receive a discount invoice for timely payment, please send the documents for settlement by the 5th day of the month and the invoice for our services must be paid on time. This means that the payment should be credited to our account no later than on the date specified on the invoice as the payment date.

What is not included in basic services?

The agreement includes a price list for additional services that are not included in the basic service and are subject to an additional fee. Additional fees that will definitely be charged include a fee for document storage and closing the fiscal year. These two fees are charged once a year.

Can I make transfers between my accounts?

Yes. Payment received for services rendered or goods sold is a form of remuneration, so you can definitely transfer funds accumulated in your business account to your personal account.

When will I receive information about contributions and tax?

Information about the amount of income tax and VAT payable is sent after the month has been settled. Information about social security contributions depends on the form of taxation. In the case of general rules and flat tax, information about contributions is sent by the 15th day of the month, while in the case of lump-sum tax, it is sent after the month has been settled.
