Is the Taxeo virtual office legal?

Yes, using virtual office services is completely legal. The only exception is employment agencies, which must have their own physical headquarters. For other businesses, the virtual office address can be the official address of the company.

Will I have problems with the tax office?

No. Tax offices are familiar with and accept virtual offices. If you operate your business in accordance with the law, the tax office will not cause any problems.

For how long is the contract concluded?

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period – it remains in force until terminated by one of the parties.

What is the notice period?

A one-month notice period applies. For example, if you notify us of your intention to terminate the contract on July 15, it will end on August 31.

Do I sign the contract before or after setting up the company?

The agreement can only be signed with an existing company. First, you set up a company or sole proprietorship, and only then do you sign the agreement for Taxeo's virtual office services. You can also use our business start-up or company registration services.

How much does a virtual office service cost?

The basic version of a virtual office costs PLN 49 + VAT, which guarantees you a registered address, while if you would like to have the option of scanning documents that arrive at the office address, the price is PLN 79 + VAT. The price of the accounting office is therefore adjusted to the size of the business.

When will I receive information about a letter or parcel?

We will send the information and scan on the same business day, within 24 hours at the latest.

How long does it take to prepare a contract?

Once we receive all the documents, we prepare the contract within 15 minutes.

Can I sign the contract online?

Yes, at Taxeo we enable you to sign a contract completely remotely – quickly, conveniently, and without having to visit the office.

When does the first invoice need to be paid?

The first invoice must be paid before signing the contract. If you sign it at our office, you can make the payment immediately on site.

Do all partners have to sign the agreement?

Yes, in accordance with the rules of representation specified in the articles of association (e.g., by one person, by two persons).

Is there a limit on scanning correspondence?

There is no limit. The exception is when the correspondence is very extensive – in such cases, we contact the customer to discuss the details.

    (FAQ) Frequently asked questions

    When will I receive information about contributions and tax?

    Information about the amount of income tax and VAT payable is sent after the month has been settled. Information about social security contributions depends on the form of taxation. In the case of general rules and flat tax, information about contributions is sent by the 20th day of the month, while in the case of lump-sum tax, it is sent after the month has been settled.

    Do documents for the entire month mean all invoices from the calendar month, i.e., from the first to the last day of the month?

    Yes, this is particularly important in the case of invoices for the purchase of goods and from foreign contractors. These invoices must be reported in the month to which they relate; they cannot be reported in subsequent months.

    Does Taxeo fill out my annual tax return for me?

    Yes. Our activities include closing the fiscal year, preparing for PIT filing, and verifying that all data is correct.

    Where can I check the form of taxation I have chosen?

    The form of taxation can be verified in the entrepreneur's account in CEIDG; it will be visible on the submitted application for establishing a business.

    After adding invoices to your SaldeoSmart system, do I still need to send you an email?

    After adding all documents for a given month in SaldeoSmart, you can mark them as complete. Once you select this option, you will receive a notification and proceed to settlement.

    Should I add your company or you as a representative to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)?

    There is no such requirement. Without a power of attorney, we will still be able to send DRA declarations on behalf of the taxpayer to ZUS. The power of attorney authorizes us to view the entrepreneur's profile in PUE ZUS. If you decide to submit ZUS PEL, a fee of PLN 99.00/net per month will be charged during the term of the power of attorney.
