As an active VAT taxpayer, an entrepreneur should have a business account, which is then visible on the white list of VAT taxpayers. To open a business account, you need a tax identification number (NIP) and a statistical number (REGON), so it is not possible to open a business account before starting a business.
Yes, the invoice is counted as one entry, but there is no need to send it, as it is added to the accounting program automatically.
To receive a discount invoice for timely payment, please send the documents for settlement by the 5th day of the month and the invoice for our services must be paid on time. This means that the payment should be credited to our account no later than on the date specified on the invoice as the payment date.
There is no such requirement. Without a power of attorney, we will still be able to send DRA declarations on behalf of the taxpayer to ZUS. The power of attorney authorizes us to view the entrepreneur's profile in PUE ZUS. If you decide to submit ZUS PEL, a fee of PLN 99.00/net per month will be charged during the term of the power of attorney.
